[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_column_text el_class=”semigordo”]The 3th World Cocoa Conference was held between 22nd and 25th of May 2016 in Barceló Bávaro Convention Center in Dominican Republic.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]The event is now established as the leading event for the global cocoa sector, bringing together the major players from the value chain, from all over the world. More than 1400 participants from 64 countries, drawn from government agencies, chocolate manufacturers, trading companies, cocoa processors, companies involved in trade logistics, finance and insurance as well as suppliers of agricultural inputs and processing technology.
By bringing together all stakeholders, from both producing and consuming countries, the Conference is the ideal forum to examine issues across the value chain.
Daymsa shared with the visitors its catalogue of solutions for the cocoa producers, already commercialized in Ecuador, Colombia and Brazil. We took advantage of the occasion to listen to new ideas, acquired new knowledge and to obtain new contacts from the main cocoa producing areas of the world.

More than 14.000 visitors from all over the world attended the exposition.
Daymsa´s stand was bursting with activity. Many visitors visit our stand and showed their interest in finding solutions for their crops, as well as companies interested in distributing Daymsa´s rage of products.

Daymsa and another 21Spanish companies, have created in 2015 AEVAE, Asociación Española para la Valorización de Envases, a non-profit asociation with the aim of developing an alternative system for managing and collection of disposed containers of agricultural products.
AEVAE´s main goal is to guarantee a correct environmental disposal of containers and to provide to farmers, distributors and manufactures of fertilisers and agrochemicals the correct collections process to comply with current law in the spanish market.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_column_text el_class=”semigordo”]Last April 28th, 2016 Daymsa and its local distributor in the area, organized a technical seminar and presentation of Daymsa´s range of products in the iranian city of Shiraz[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]The main speaker in the event was Ph.D Zeina Wehbe, Daymsa Area Manager for Middle East. Other speakers included Mr. Ali Garmanjani, Mr. Magid Haghighi, Mr. Hussein Nessaei and Mr. Omeidi.
Over 150 people attended the seminar: farmers, agronomists, consultants, retailers and researchers from the public sector and universities.
At the end of the seminar presents were raffled between the attendants and all them were invited to a lunch in the restaurant of the hotel were the event was held.
[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_column_text el_class=”semigordo”]Daymsa presented during the Technical Sessions held in the italian city of Pietrelchina its solutions for the cultitavion of almond tree in superintensive plantations.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Last April 7th 2016, the technical sessions Mandorlicoltura superintensiva, innovare per competere about intensive almond trees plantations was held in the Italian city of Pietrelchina, in the province of Bari.
The different speakers in the technical sessions treated all the important aspects regarding the implantation of a new superintensive almond tree plantation: business plan, public funding, cultivation techniques, irrigation systems, fertilization and almond market.
Daymsa played an important role in the organization of the event and also as a speaker. Our colleagues Enrique Íñigo and Fernando Lázaro offered the talk Fertilization program in a superintensive plantation. Daymsa´s products recommended for almond trees include Cytoplant®400, Naturamin®WSP y Terrenova®.
