Mulberry is a crop used in sericulture, i.e. in order to raise silkworms. These animals are fed the branches and leaves of the tree as their diet. The tree is also grown so that its fruits can be eaten.
Daymsa’s nutritional programme is based on obtaining well-balanced trees, which results in an increase in production and quality.
The mulberry’s first activity begins with the reserves it has built up in the course of the previous year. Incorporating biostimulants and soil enhancers minimises the stress caused by transplanting, and stimulates root development and nutrient absorption. This results in better crop development.
