Daymsa’s nutritional programme for oats aims to obtain a balanced crop, which means increasing oat production and quality.
Treating seeds with biostimulants and soil improvers stimulates root development and nutrient absorption, encouraging the plants to develop. Aminoacids stimulate the tree in stress situations (water, extreme temperatures, phytotoxicity, etc.).
The oat crop is sensitive to zinc deficiency, and this must be corrected by means of applying this mineral to the leaves. Deficiencies are shown by the appearance of a white mark between the central rib and the edge of the leaf, and lead to reduced yield per hectare and, therefore, lower financial profits.
Applying a nitrogenated product to the leaves will complement the nitrogenated fertilization applied to the soil, encouraging the crop to grow continuously. To complete the cycle, applying a potassium-based product to the leaves prior to grain formation will allow it to swell more successfully.
