DAYMSA certifies biostimulants under UNE Standard in organic agriculture production
Daymsa certifies its organic biostimulant products with respect to the EC Regulation 889/2008 following the UNE 142500 (2017) Standard with CAAE.
UNE Standards were made by UNE (Spanish Association for standardisation) on request from Ministry of Agriculture of Spain, with the objective of harmonize and set common criteria in the certification of inputs for use in organic agriculture. The certification of 16 Daymsa products, represent an added value for farmers and final consumers of fruits and vegetables.
In this way, Daymsa remains at the forefront in the research, development, marketing and certification of its organic products.
Daymsa markets in its catalogue a high number of products certified for its use in organic agriculture. All these products are a prove of our commitment with organic production, whose world Surface is 71.500 million of hectares, and growing year after year.

Daymsa has successfully completed the environmental management certification process in accordance with ISO 14001.
The evaluation process carried out by the company S.G.S Spain successfully completes a further step in Daymsa’s involvement with the protection and preservation of the environment.
Obtaining the ISO 14001 certificate is the result of the joint work of all employees, thus reinforcing the commitment to improve and optimize processes in all areas in a way that is compatible with waste reduction and improved management.

Daymsa will participate in the next edition of the AgriTek Fair, Astana (Kazakhstan), which will take place from March 13 to 15.
Kazakhstan is a country where conditions are hard for agriculture, the sowing of arable crops occurs after the long winter. That´s why cropping has little time for its development, having to be ready for harvest around the beginning of September.

Daymsa participated in the 22nd edition of the table grape congress that was held in Noicattaro (Bari) last Friday, February 1st. This edition had the collaboration of several companies of the fertilizers and biostimulants sector.
The assistants were happy with the quality of our products and Daymsa was proud to participate in one of the most important congresses on table grapes in the Italian country.
During the event there were very interesting presentations. Daymsa was represented by its Area Manager Enrique Iñigo; who talked about the different products of our catalog, focusing on those that we consider best placed in the market for table grapes.
Daymsa explained the benefit of 4 of its products: Cytoplant-400, a natural bioestimulant with a cytokininic action; Folitex, a black steam corrector on grapes; Naturamin WSP, a bioestimulant with anti stress effect in the plant and finally Madurel, indicated product to maximize the color of the fruits, uniform ripening and increase the sugar content.

Daymsa will sponsor The X International Symposium on Artichoke, Cardoon and their Wild Relatives will be held from 12 to 15 March 2019 in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain under the aegis of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS).
Different properties are attributed to the artichoke, mostly linked to the functioning of the liver and gallbladder, favoring digestion and the elimination of toxins. It is a vegetable rich in vitamin A and C. It is estimated that currently in Spain there are 15,000 hectares cultivated. (Fao.org data).
This symposium aims to promote research and other activities related to technologies, management tools, plant production and storage conditions aimed to increase the widespread consumption of this crop.
This international symposium will bring together researchers, academics, technicians, and other experts from public and private sectors involved in the field of artichoke, cardoon and their wild relatives. The symposium will be comprised of plenary sessions and poster display sessions, offering a high-quality interesting program with renowned keynote speakers, as well as an attractive social program.
During the journey we have the opportunity to visit artichoke fields with breeding programs as well as processing industry.
